In NEXT, I aim to continue the rich tradition of self-expression and storytelling that has always been at the heart of my music. The album comprises a collection of songs that delve into the universal themes of love, loss, and the human experience. Working with Denise Dimin, Bob McGilpin, and Gene Rabbai has truly made this experience special, with each of us bringing our unique talents to the project. Together, we have poured our hearts into crafting songs that are not only musically compelling but also emotionally resonant.

Denise's poignant lyrics have allowed me to tell my story through her experiences, adding a depth and richness to the music that I could not have achieved on my own. Bob McGilpin's arrangements and musical intuitiveness, including the addition of his own song, have enabled me to showcase myself, standing on the shoulders of giants in the music industry who have inspired me along the way. Gene Rabbai's orchestration and piano work have added an additional layer of depth and emotion to the music, elevating it to a level I had only dreamed of.

A significant highlight of this album is the inclusion of "All My Loving," a song that has been thoughtfully rearranged to honor the profound influence The Beatles have had on the evolution of modern music. This song was intentionally added to the album as America celebrates the 60th anniversary of The Beatles' historic landing on American soil—a moment that sparked a cultural revolution and forever changed the trajectory of popular music. By including this track, we pay tribute not only to The Beatles' legacy but also to their enduring impact on artists like myself, who continue to be inspired by their groundbreaking contributions to music and culture.
